WHO WE ARE
Trash-It Valet is a complete trash and recycling valet service designed to keep your community clean. Residents will enjoy the additional amenity of an efficient and clean door-to-door trash pickup service.
FEATURES
BRANDED TRASH BINS
Trash-It Valet provides two branded trash bins (one regular and one for recycling) to each apartment unit.
TRASH PICK UP
Residents can place full trash bins outside their unit doors Sunday-Thursday between 6pm-8pm.
DISPOSAL
Trash-It Valet collects the trash and recyclables Sunday-Thursday between 8pm-12am, and disposes of them in the building’s dumpster or trash compactor.
HOW IT WORKS
TRASH PREPARATION
All trash must be bagged, tied, and placed into the proper containers. Do not include any liquids, broken glass, or sharp objects. No over-sized items such as furniture, TV's, or large boxes are permitted. Pet waste and cat litter must be double bagged. No more than 3 trash bags out per day, and bag weight must not exceed 25 pounds.
PLACE CONTAINER OUTSIDE
Use only the provided container, placing it in front of your doorstep between 6pm and 8pm. Collection starts promptly at 8pm, Sunday through Thursday. Containers placed outside after 8pm may miss pickup.
BRING CONTAINER BACK INSIDE
Containers must be brought back inside by 8am the next day or by a time specified by the property management.
